Thank you for completing the Health Freedom Ireland survey on reactions to the COVID-19 vaccination. We very much appreciate it. We would encourage you to complete an adverse reaction report with the HPRA. 

The Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) monitor medicines and the more reports they receive on adverse reactions for a particular product or vaccine, the more quickly they can respond to any safety concerns.
